Take a 4K scenic drive through rainy Shanghai, beginning in Pudong as low clouds hide the tops of Lujiazui’s skyscrapers and continuing into the heart of the city.

The journey passes through the Lujiazui Financial District before crossing beneath the Huangpu River through the Renmin Road Tunnel into Puxi. From there, we drive through central Shanghai and Xintiandi before reaching the Bund, where wet streets and grand historic waterfront buildings reveal the city’s cosmopolitan past beside the modern Pudong skyline.

The drive then continues through Nanjing Road and People’s Square before moving into quieter, tree-lined streets that show a more local and everyday side of Shanghai. The journey finally comes to an end near Jing’an Temple.

Expect misty skyscrapers, rain-soaked roads, umbrellas, city traffic, historic architecture, modern towers, and reflections across the wet streets.
